How up to date is your Breathe profile?

Have you checked your Breathe profile lately?  Have you changed address, telephone numbers, taken a course or had a one to one with your manager that you want to look back on?

Having up to date employee personal records on Breathe is imperative to the overall employee lifecycle.

Breathe is a very easy to use, confidential HR system which allows everyone the ability to update their own personal information.  An employees profile is really an ‘all about you’ page, so naturally you want to ensure this reflects the hard work and dedication you put into your job.

Back in February 2022, an email was sent out by HR asking all employees to take some time to check if their personal data was up to date.  We also asked for all employees to upload a suitable photo of themselves onto the profile to make it easier for other staff members to recognise you.  Unfortunately, we have not seen much uptake with this, therefore we will be asking all employees to check their profiles and add a photo of themselves to their record by the 30th June 2022 please.
