Important Announcement: CCH Document Management Roll-Out

This weekend (4th and 5th of February), we will be converting the first tranche of Client files from LBCompanyData to the CCH Document Management (DM) suite for Chelmsford and Ipswich.

Stratford and Colchester will follow the weekend of the 11th and 12th of February.

This will affect the way you work. No client files in   01-Clients\CHE   and   01-Clients\IPS will be available over the weekend. From Monday 6th, they will be read-only on LBCompanyData.

The vast majority of these files will therefore now be in DM, filed under client codes. If you need to access files for these clients, you must do it via DM. (If you can’t find a file, you may need to look on LBCompanyData and import that file into the client on DM.  You must not work directly any more on the file on LBCompanyData and you must not work on a file on your local desktop/workstation.

You will have been given an overview of how DM works by your DM Champions, and they will all be available on Monday 6^th February to help.

Don’t panic, you will pick this up very quickly and it will become normal very fast. It will also be a huge improvement in finding Client Files going forward. ?
