What does MyPocket GP offer?

With increasing GP waiting times and factoring in our own busy lives, MyPocket GP will allow you to easily book appointments, attend remote consultations via telephone or video link and get private medication delivered to your door – and don’t forget dependents under 18 years old are covered for free!

How do I get the web app?

To add the web app open www.paycare.org on your phone and log into your account.

Go to Wellbeing Services and then MyPocket GP – from there you can add the web app to your home screen making it easy to access anytime without needing to go through the website.

Booking the appointment

You will get the option to telephone 0345 222 5749 or book the appointment online – that way you can choose a time that fits in with you, even if you are abroad!
