PayCare – Health Screening

PayCare will pay you 100% of the total cost that you have paid for health screening services for yourself or your Dependent Child up to the appropriate maximum entitlement available in the Benefit Year.

The health screening must have been carried out for prevention purposes by medically qualified staff at a hospital or health screening clinic (mobile units not included).

WHAT IS COVERED

Full health screening undertaken as part of a health screening package which must include all the following:

• Lifestyle Questionnaire
• Height/Weight BMI measurement
• Blood test
• Urinalysis
• Blood press

IN ADDITION, the following screening is also covered independently.

• Mammography
• Heart Disease Screening
