A few statistics (2022 v. 2023):

• Dan Farrow is the only member of staff in recorded history to have contributed in each and every month of the year
• IPS is top office again for 2^nd year running
• Chris Annis and Stuart Sheldrick drew level on the top spot for individual contributor
• There has been a great improvement throughout the year with all offices getting involved. Ipswich saw the biggest growth of 113%, with 17 people now taking part compared to 8 in 2022
• The Stratford office saw the biggest increase in number of referrals by 136% with 52 referrals compared to 22 in 2022.
