The Group Finance team is recruiting!

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee all accounting related activities for LB Group. Are you an existing manager or aspiring to take your first step to manager level….? The successful candidate will have practical experience of management accounting principles and techniques with a sound knowledge of standard accountancy and finance best practices. Key tasks will include:

• Ensuring that all of the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
• Preparing financial reports on a monthly and annual basis using the company’s in-house financial systems.
• Monitoring cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Supervising financial assistants in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, bank reconciliations, payroll, VAT, credit control, purchase ledger management functions etc, and undertake these roles where needed.
• Facilitating the Group’s payroll processes.
• Seeking out methods and practices to improve the efficiency of the finance function and recommend cost savings for the business where possible.

This role will support the Financial Controller with a range of tasks and work across the finance team, as well as with the wider Group. Read more about the role here.
