IT Transition: Device Reconfiguration

Over the next couple of weeks, we will see engineers on site as part of our IT Transition to reconfigure devices for legacy LB Group staff. They will visit each office on the following days:

2^nd and 3^rd April         Chelmsford and LBFS

4^th April                        Colchester and Consultants

5^th April                         Colchester and South Africa

8^th April                         Colchester

9^th to 11^th April            Ipswich and Stratford

12^th April                      Stratford

What do you need to do?

Please hand in your device to your designated Utilize Engineer on the allotted time.  As there are various different site locations, to locate your Utilize Engineer, please speak with your local Business Support Team.

The estimated downtime will be 1 – 2 hours so please plan your time while you are not with a device:

1. We have arranged for you to have access to CPD courses which need to be completed (details can be found in Breathe).  A meeting room will be set up so you can access the following CPD courses:

• Bullying and Harassment training (Acas) this should take around 30-60 mins
• Mental Health Champions training (Mercia)

2. If your time slot falls near your usual lunch break you are welcome take an earlier/later break to coincide with this

PLEASE NOTE: If your designated slot falls when you are on annual leave, please arrange to leave your laptop with the office lead to ensure your laptop is delivered to Utilize at the correct time slot.

Once your device has been reconfigured

Once reconfigured, you will need to log in with your LB Group email address as the username and then your password, this will be the biggest change in user experience. Please see attached a useful guide.

Utilize engineers will be on hand to cover any questions or issues that could arise.
