Congratulations to Tom Butterworth, who has been accepted as a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group (STPG). The STPG is a professional forum consisting of over 200 members who are stamp taxes practitioners. The members are drawn from the legal, accountancy, and surveying professions and include tax, real estate, and conveyancing practitioners. Tom’s membership in the STPG demonstrates the strength of his specialism, setting him and LB apart from our competitors.

As a member, Tom will actively contribute to HMRC and Gov consultations alongside other members and support the STPG in steering the development and progress of Stamp Taxes across the UK. He will also have an advocacy role for LB Group, promoting our high-level and high-value tax specialist advisory offerings.
