Welcome to our Chief People and Operations Officer, Vanessa Emens

We are delighted to announce that Vanessa Emens joined the Business today as group Chief People and Operations Officer. She has in excess of 25 years experience working across the Financial Services Sector and most recently joins us from Mobius Life and Cardano Advisory where she was Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that she held senior roles at JUST Retirement and RSA.

She has extensive experience in the management and implementation of both cultural and technological change, supporting people and delivering capability for employees and clients.

Vanessa will work together with Darren and Rob and the Senior Team to deliver our ongoing strategy and growth agenda and will  lead our People, Marketing and Business Support teams continuing to build on the excellent work delivered to date.

Vanessa lives near Horsham in West Sussex  (although she grew up in Birmingham and remains a Brummie at heart!) with her family and will be based primarily in the  London Office and of course will spend time in our other offices getting to know everybody.
