Digital Solutions Xero Price Increase – Effective from 12th September 2024

At LB Group, we know first-hand the benefits and advantages the Xero platform can provide our wide range of clients to support their ever-growing financial plans. As a Xero platinum member, we can offer bespoke plans that provide quicker and more accurate solutions, that are based on better value to help drive client business growth. Our membership also enables us to pass on our 10% discount to our clients.

From 12 September, Xero will be increasing the prices of their business plans as well as changing some subscription tiers, and we would therefore like to provide as much notice as possible to yourselves and our clients of these changes. Our Marketing team will also be issuing a comms announcement to our client base to notify them of these changes.

Xero regularly releases product updates with 50 updates this past quarter alone additional functions, features and integrations including the recent Direct Bill payments feature, which enables our clients to securely, efficiently and effectively consolidate and process their payments.

• How much more does this cost the client?
o Please refer to the infographic below. This will detail the new cost per month and what is included. Remember we pass on a 10% discount on top of the price you see! You can refer to the link here to compare current pricing models – Pricing Plans | Xero UK
• What are the plans “Ignite” and “Grow”?
o These replace the subscription packages we know as “Starter” and “Standard”.
• Where can I access further information?

• Will the price increase automatically be adjusted to their client fee/contract (paid monthly/quarterly/annually)
o Yes, the team members who manage the Xero billing per office, will need to ensure you are accounting for this price increase. If you are raising quarterly bills, I would advise raising this up until the end of August.
