Welcome to Jadesola Disu!

This week we welcomed Jadesola Disu as our new Company Secretary Assistant, reporting into Brigitte Albrecht our Company Secretary Administrator from our Stratford office.

‘I am pleased to be joining LB Group with an undergraduate degree in law from Aston University where I am currently doing a masters degree in Corporate Governance.

I have previously worked as a support worker helping vulnerable adults and young people to improve their quality of life, following which I worked at BDB Pitman’s LLP as a Company Secretary Paralegal.

I am very social and enjoy being in the company of others. In my spare time I enjoy bowling, roller skating and watching movies. My favourite genre to watch are rom-coms and I hate horror movies.

As a Company Secretarial Assistant, my primary focus is on ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of our company’s governance processes while supporting the Company Secretary’.
