Introduction to the Private Client Team

Within LB Group we have a highly talented Private Client Team that can offer a unique and tailored service to our clients and our professional connections.

The Private Client team is led by Clare Eve who has been with LB since March 2017. Here is a short introduction to the team and over the coming weeks Clare and her team will be posting useful insights and updates to keep everyone up to date with what’s happening in the world of Private Clients.

Clare Eve, Private Client Director 

Clare Eve is CTA and STEP qualified having worked with private clients since 1998. Clare’s specialisms are Estate Planning, Asset Protection and Trusts as well as advising high net worth and ultra high net worth across different generations in connection with their personal tax positions.

Holly Heslop, ATT, Private Client Assistant Manager 

Holly joined Clare’s team over three years ago as a graduate trainee and has quickly developed into a key member of the team. Recently promoted to Private Client Assistant Manager within the Group, Holly is ATT qualified and will undertake her final CTA exam in November this year.  Holly has developed key relationships with her clients over the last few years and in recent months has started to successfully win new business in her own right.

Jamie Bligh, Private Client Tax Manager

Jamie joined the team in February 2023 as a manager to assist Clare with advisory and management. Jamie came from a similar sized local firm and brings a wealth of UK centric tax experience focusing on private individuals, UK trusts, Estates and IHT. Jamie is fundamental to the team in reviewing work and client advice.

Nathan Byford, Private Client Graduate Tax Trainee

Nathan is our recent graduate trainee that has just started on his ATT/CTA pathway. He joins the team to learn and develop and undertake the complex compliance work that is generated within the team. Nathan mainly works on personal, estate and trust tax returns.

Ashley Stoller, ATT, CTA Private Client Tax Manager

Ashley is our latest recruit into the private client team having only joined in May. Ashley joined the team from a London firm and specialises in non doms and offshore structures. Ashley enjoys winning new business and is here to help support Clare and the team with business development, advisory work and servicing our clients.
