Keeping you happy and healthy with Paycare

We are really pleased to announce that the Paycare Benefit is now in motion.

Including optical, dental, physiotherapy, but not limited too it allows employees a simple way to reclaim healthcare costs. There are many other benefits, some of which you can see here: Introduction to Paycare – LB Group.

You will soon receive an e-mail invitation and welcome pack directly from Paycare to your work e-mail address. You will need to activate your account and from there you can then manage your contact preferences.

Cover level
Associate Directors LB will provide cover at Level 3*
Senior Managers / Managers LB will provide cover at Level 2*
All other staff LB will provide cover at Level 1*

*Employees will need to have successfully completed their probation period before they are eligible

An additional perk of this plan is that you will have the opportunity to increase your level of cover and add partners, if you wish to (this would be at your own cost).
