Mental Health Committee Update: Sponsored MIND Firewalk
Last year, a few members of the Chelmsford office team participated in a Firewalk event, run by MIND, a nationwide mental health charity.
The opportunity has once again arisen, this time with two venues to choose from. So, if you wanted to challenge yourself and get outside your comfort zone, why not give this a try?!

Venues, dates and times
- The first event will be held at Anglia Ruskin University (Writtle Campus) on Thursday 10th October, 6pm – 9pm.
- Alternatively, the second event will be held at Beth Chatto Gardens, Elmstead Market, Colchester on Wednesday 6th November, 6pm – 9pm.
Both events offer a choice of a fresh Woodfired Oven Pizza and a chance to step out of your comfort zone by completing the fire walk, all in support of the MIND charity.
