IT & Systems // The Azure Virtual Desktop is now live

The Azure system is now live as of 23rd September.

Please read the following agenda and guidance following this essential update.

• Go Live Date:  From Monday, 23 September 2024 – Everyone should start working from the new Azure Virtual Desktop to access CCH, LBCompanyData, Sage 50 and all other software products.  CCH and LBCompanyData will cease to work outside of the AVD environment from this date.
• Enhanced User Experience:  From Go Live day, all software systems will be accessible within the AVD environment. This change is designed to provide you with a more enhanced user experience, ensuring consistency and efficiency no matter where you are working from.
• Go Live day Support:  A Utilize Engineer will be present in Stratford, Chelmsford, Ipswich and Colchester on the Go Live day to help and support with this transition.
• Keep calm:  It’s normal to have some initial teething issues, so let’s keep calm. The Utilize team will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
