We are delighted to announce that Baxter & Co is the latest firm to become part of LB Group, as part of our investment growth and integration journey.

Baxter & Co is based in Orpington and has satellite offices in both Tonbridge and Ringwood. Founded over 45 years ago, Baxter & Co focus on enriching the lives of clients through the services they deliver, which include tax compliance and advisory, accounting services and accounts preparation, audit services and business advice. Like LB Group, the Baxter team has clients across multiple sectors, with a particular specialism in schools and charities alongside individuals and businesses.

The Baxter team bring a specialist knowledge and client base in the Education and Charity sectors, with academy clients spread over numerous local authorities (LA) in southern England including various London LA’s, Hampshire, Surrey, Kent, Isle of Wight, Dorset, Northampton, Bedford and Buckinghamshire.

Our colleagues from Baxter have transferred over as employees to LB Group Advisory Ltd by a TUPE transfer and will be remaining at their main Orpington office. The addition of our new colleagues means we are a combined team of over 350 staff with 10 offices and supports our growth south of the river and expands our presence in Kent.
