Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Group event last Wednesday at Braxted Hall, whether you joined us in-person or virtually.

We really value your feedback on these events and would therefore appreciate if you could take a few moments to complete our post event questionnaire here.

The aim for our Group event was to create connections with our colleagues both existing or new and was a chance to really get to know each other!

The presentation was split across 4 main areas:

  • Our year in review 
  • A consideration of who we are 
  • A time to celebrate our staff with our very first RIALTO awards
  • A chance to get to know our colleagues (which was really the essence of the day – to spend time with colleagues both existing and new).

Brand Update 

As part of our presentation, we shared an update on the brand research project we have been working on throughout this year. This included our learnings from time spent reviewing our industry and competitors, as well as time spent talking to staff and clients. 

This project has resulted in the launch of our new brand, Affinia, which brings together like minded firms from across the East and South East of England who are focused on collaboration and growth, both for their clients and colleagues.  

This has been launched confidentially internally, with an external announcement planned for 18th November.

We therefore ask that you please do not share this outside of the business at this time*.

More details to follow soon on our external launch, as well as plans to roll the brand out across all our offices.

Mental Health Champions

A huge shout out and thank you to our Mental Health Champions who arranged a Gratitude Wall for the event which created an opportunity to reflect on what we are grateful for, either at work, or at home. Thank you to everyone for getting involved and creating a fabulous and colourful display.
