Welcome to Affinia

We are pleased to share that this week we see phase one of the Affinia roll out launch. As a reminder, please see below dates for transitions this week:

• 10th February: LB Group and NSO users 
• 12th February: RE Group and GWC  
• 13th February: Dyer & Co and Baxter & Co 
• 14th February: Clarkson Hyde 

Set out below are useful links for both the IT transition, and accessing new brand items and channels as part of this launch.  

IT Transition 

Thank you for your patience over the weekend while Utilize worked on the IT transition to Affinia, it is much appreciated.  

As a reminder for those using AVD, you will need to log back on using the instructions provided below. These are also printed across the offices who have moved over to Affinia in Phase One: 

• “Classic LB” users 

• Acquisition users 

 Those who had an LB email address now have an Affinia address. You may be required to log back into all devices. Please only share this address with clients from now on. 

New website 

The new Affinia website has officially launched! Check out the new website here: Affinia – Accountants, Tax and Business Advisers 

Brand Guidelines 

You now have access to our new Brand Guidelines website, which contains useful items you may need in Affinia branding, including logos, document templates and LinkedIn headers.  

To access this page, please go to ‘Marketing Links’ on the Loop or click here. You will need a password to access the website. Please make sure you save this somewhere safe:

A ‘How to Use’ guide is available on the ‘Presentations’ page to provide further support on how to use the Affinia branding.  

LinkedIn Guidance  

 The LB Group LinkedIn page has now reverted to Affinia, and can be found here. If you are one of the groups which have now transitioned to Affinia, please see below is a quick checklist of things to review: 

• For LB staff – Please check your employment experience and current place of work to ensure that the name change update is now correct. Your profile will now be connected to Affinia, but you will need to re-select Affinia, as below. Please choose Affinia, not Affinia (LB Group). 

• For all other colleagues in phase one, please update your work experience history by finishing your employment history with your respective companies and adding a new one to Affinia.  

• Ensure you upload your company headshot, or a professional style photo. Please also add your headshot to your Outlook/Teams profile picture. 

• You can now also upload one of the Affinia branded headers to your profile, which can be accessed here.
