Cloud Accounting Services update

Following our Digital Solutions update, we wanted to provide an update on the work we’re doing on our Cloud Accounting Services.

Enquiries and Quotes

We’ve been working hard on putting together a new fee structure for outsourced finance services and Xero implementations. To help us ensure this is aligned across all clients, please note the following:

Emma and Lydia should be included in all enquiries for Cloud Accounting or Digital Solutions moving forwards.

Please avoid setting client up on new software or quoting for this service without discussions with the Digital Solutions team.

We should be looped into all communication with clients about Cloud Accounting services prior to any quotes being issued.

If there are changes to existing clients using our Cloud Accounting services we will need to be included.

Please avoid turning away clients due to fees or capacity constraints moving forwards. Responsibility for delivery will sit with the Cloud Accounting team.

Digital Team Inbox

You should have seen an email from Emma last week regarding the new Digital Team inbox. We’re really excited about adding a central email to contact the team and believe this will strengthen the service offering and simplify contact with our team. Our aim will be to have a three hour turnaround on all enquiries sent to this inbox.

Following the official launch of Affinia in February, this inbox can be shared with clients and will be used for our new Digital support service.

Outsourced Services Tracker

We are in the process of reviewing existing outsourced finance services across all offices. A tracker has been sent round and should be updated with all information by 20th January.

Should you have any queries, please contact Lydia.

Software Recommendations

All software recommendations should be discussed with the Digital Solutions team prior to conversations with the client moving forward.

Please note that Dext Prepare is our preferred solution compared to Hubdoc. Because there are fee implications to discussing this with the client, we are particularly keen that this be avoided moving forwards.

Do not suggest Hubdoc
