ATED: Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings 2025/26

The ATED filing window for the 2025/26 tax year is approaching and will be open from 1 April 2025 to 30 April 2025.

The Property Tax team will be overseeing the ATED filing process and will be contacting client managers of client who required an ATED return last year to confirm this year’s filing obligations.

If you have any other clients who own a residential property or properties within a limited company with a market value of £500k or more, they will be required to submit an ATED Return and the Property Tax team will be happy to assist.
