Ask the Experts: An M&A Masterclass

In recent weeks, we have hosted two events centred around the theme of Mergers & Acquisitions.  

The first was on March 12th, where Adam Croft hosted a workshop as part of Ipswich Thrive Business Week. Yesterday we held a joint client event with Ellisons Solicitors, offsite at the beautiful Milsoms Hotel in Colchester.  

This was the first in a series of planned events across our office locations, where a panel covering financial, tax and legal angles share their insight into acquiring for growth and maximising the value when selling a business.  

Our panel comprised Adam Croft, Clare Eve and Paul Forsyth from Ellisons Solicitors, with Magnus Baird from our Colchester office acting as compere for audience questions.  

These events are designed for small audiences to facilitate meaningful discussion and engagement. We had over twenty clients from both Affinia and Ellisons join us yesterday, and the feedback has been very positive so far.
