Thank you to everyone who joined us via Teams yesterday for our quarterly group update. We really value your feedback on these events and would therefore appreciate if you could take a few moments to complete our post event questionnaire here.

The presentation included a business update (including our 4Ts), a Commercial focus and a People & Culture update.

Business Update
  • Since our last update, we have made great progress in our transition to all become One Affinia, with lots of examples shared of where branding is coming to life, we are running events as Affinia, and even have our youngest recruit ever embrace the Affinia brand.
  • We also looked at the core element of our company – Clients, Colleagues and Community and what sets us apart from others in our industry.
  • Updating on our 4Ts showcased the leaps forward we are making, in terms of growth, People & Culture updates, new companies joining us and our continued IT progression.
Commercial Focus

In an update on the commercial side of the business, Chris covered:

  • Our client journey – “A great team, doing great things for clients”
  • Our service matrix – the wide range of services we offer across the group
  • What is advisory and its’ importance
  • Business development activity to build the pipeline
  • Service innovation – Sustainability advisory
People & Culture Update

Vanessa covered the progress we’ve made on supporting our people and creating an inclusive, positive culture, including:

  • Cezanne
  • Mid Year Appraisals
  • Core Competency Frameworks
  • RIALTO Committee
  • People & Culture KPIs
  • Employee Engagement Survey
  • Open House Visits

We also celebrated all the successes across the Group since our last update including exam passes, qualifications and promotions. Congratulations all!

Our community

Our update ended with the fantastic work our colleagues have been doing to support our local communities, with a showcase of recent community and fundraising events.
