Meet the Steering Groups

Ever wondered how projects are decided and progressed within LB Group, who is involved in the big decions in the business? Steering groups, that’s how. The purpose of a good steering group is to ensure the business projects are successfully delivered in alignment with the business’s strategic plans. Its job is to maintain focus on the outcomes throughout the journey by:

  • Controlling the programme scope and direction
  • Making necessary resources available
  • Approving key deliverables
  • Making go/no-go decisions
  • Resolving major issues, conflicts and risks
  • Approving changes
  • Provide efficiencies in getting projects over the line
