We are delighted to share some Community Updates from across the offices.  

Race for Life 

On 4th May Gabriella Exley, Trainee Accountant in Stratford, will be running in the Race For Life to raise money for Cancer Research. Gabriella and her mum will be running a 10k in Harlow within the Town Park.

NHS donation 

Last month marked 5 years since the start of the first Covid pandemic lockdown.  To show our thanks and support to the NHS, we are delighted to support NHS Charities Together with a contribution from our Sidcup office of £51,000.  

NHS Charities Together work with a network of over 230 NHS Charities throughout the UK, leading national fundraising campaigns and supporting work undertaken by these charities. They work together to deliver funds where they’re needed most, by supporting NHS staff, patients and local communities to ensure everyone has access to the health and care they need, when they need it.  Find out more about the work they do here: How We’re Improving Healthcare – NHS Charities Together 

We are truly honoured to support this charity, and in turn all of the charities it supports.

Emmaus Easter Egg Donation 

Last month the Colchester office organised an Easter Egg donation in collaboration with Reed recruitment agency. Over 80 eggs were donated to Emmaus, a charity that supports children’s homes, children’s groups and children’s charities in the Colchester area. 

Thank you to the team at Colchester for their generous donation to a very worthy cause. 

Ipswich Red Nose Day bake sale 

To celebrate Red Nose Day’s 40th anniversary, the Ipswich office held a bake sale which saw different team members bring in a variety of goodies – from cheese twists to Biscoff bites to chocolate chip cookies! 

The team raised a remarkable £85 from their sweet treats. Well done to our Ipswich bakers!
