Employee Referral Bonus: A Reminder
We would like to remind all staff about our Referral Policy, as there are several open vacancies available. You can view these vacancies on our website: Job Vacancies Archive | East & South East | Affinia
Our Employee Referral Bonus encourages existing employees to play a key role in Affinia’s recruitment process by referring quality candidates to us.
We will provide an introduction bonus to any colleague who refers a candidate (excluding agency employees, gap students, and work experience students) that is subsequently hired by Affinia due to that referral, as long as the candidate successfully completes their probationary period and meets all other terms outlined in our policy.
Referral Bonus Fee Structure:
The referral bonus is tiered and is based on the entry level of the referred candidate. Qualifying fees will be paid in the next available pay period post successful completion of the six months probationary period.
| Entry Level Role | Referral Fee £ |
| Trainee / Entry | £500.00 |
| Part Qualified | £1500.00 |
| Qualified / Senior | £2000.00 |
| Assistant Manager | £2500.00 |
| Manager | £3000.00 |
| Senior Manager and Above | £3500.00 |
What to do if you have a candidate to refer:
The candidate should forward their CV and covering letter to the Head of Talent Acquisition, Harriet Griffiths (harriet.griffiths@affinia.co.uk) stating the name of the referring employee and that the application is being submitted under the employee referral bonus scheme. It is important that the referring employee is mentioned as such in the initial correspondence from the job applicant as no retrospective referral applications can be accepted.
The CV must be received prior to Affinia shortlisting and/or interviewing the candidate (or receiving the CV from any other source) to qualify as an introduction.
Read the full policy here.
Please do keep this on your radar when thinking about Affinia job vacancies. Our website is regularly updated with new jobs on offer and you’ll also see them posted on LinkedIn.
Many thanks for your support.
