Affinia Fantasy Premier League 2025
The Premier League returns to action on the 15th of August with Liverpool vs Bournemouth and with it comes a new season of Fantasy Premier League (FPL)!
I am aware that many people already take part in FPL among friend groups and in other offices, and I thought this would be a great opportunity to invite everyone from Affinia to one big league where we all compete against each other!
If you’re not aware of what FPL is, here’s a quick summary:
- Each team gets £100m to build a squad of 15 players, 2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 forwards
- From here you can then select your starting 11 who will earn you points, plus a captain who will earn double
- Points are earned based on real game stats, such as goals, assists and clean sheets (or points can be lost through red and yellow cards!). These will total to give a Game Week score
- A Game Week is represented as a week in the Premier League calendar
- There are bonus chips to help get the most points along the way
- After each week a table will be updated showing best scores for the week and best overall score for the season as it progresses
38 weeks of Premier League football – who will come out on top and have ultimate bragging rights!?
