Our RIALTO Awards celebrate the people who make a real difference – and in the past we’ve seen some incredible winners.
From those who’ve gone above and beyond for clients and colleagues, to teams who’ve delivered outstanding projects, these awards are a chance to say thank you and well done to the colleagues who inspire us.
2024 Award Winners
As we take a moment to consider who we want to nominate this year, we wanted to reflect on last year’s well-deserving winners:
Respect:

Becky Barker
Becky was celebrated for her inclusive and positive presence in the Ipswich office. She welcomed new joiners, contributed to positive office culture, and extended her professionalism to client interactions, including training and support.
Integrity:
Danielle Annan
Danielle was honoured for her outstanding client service. As the long-standing first point of contact in Chelmsford, she supported all service lines and staff, consistently solving problems and doing the right thing for everyone.
Aspire:
Dawid Pretorius
Dawid was honoured for embodying the spirit of the business. He consistently drove the business forward, supported his team, and played a key role in shaping the group’s structure.
Learning:
Emma Cohen
Emma Cohen was recognised for her focus on innovation in technology and AI. She consistently explored new tools to enhance client support and delivered training to colleagues on evolving systems.
Teamwork:
Dan Rodger
Dan was recognised for the continual support he provides for colleagues, both within the tax team as well as being a valued member on a number of project teams. Always proactive and helpful, he is a great team member!
Business Support Team
Our business support team were recognised for their seamless teamwork. Despite varied roles, they consistently supported one another, managed reception duties collaboratively, and represented the firm with professionalism and warmth.
Ownership:
David Edwards
David was recognised for his impressive growth during the transition to the new group. He led system reviews and integrations, communicated effectively across teams, and embraced new challenges with confidence and expertise.
Claire Fugaccia
Claire was recognised for her reliability and accountability, consistently delivering under pressure. She also supported recent billing changes, learning new skills while maintaining her high standards.
Steffen Summerford
Steffen was recognised for his proactive approach and accountability. He confidently engaged with clients and took the lead on behalf of the business, while also being a positive presence in the office.
