Welcome to our new and improved intranet experience
We are delighted to launch a new and improved version of The Loop, in which you can discover enhanced features, a fresh look, and new ways to connect.
This upgrade is based upon feedback from across the Group and will help you to quickly search for articles you may have missed, browse newsletters and popular content and to share your views on our news.
A new look and feel
We have taken this opportunity to bring The Loop in line with our new Affinia brand, adding in our new colours and refreshing the style of our imagery. We have also featured the top two posts and then eight subsequent posts to browse, allowing you to browse two weeks of recent posts on the home screen.
Enhanced search functionality
Lots of you asked for a better way to search the intranet – you can now find a search bar in the top right of the page which will help you to search for content based upon key words.
Further down the page, you will also be able to explore your favourite topics by buttons, such as service lines, community and group wide news.
Quick links
We have also included a number of quick links to useful information you may need, such as where to find Teams Backgrounds and how to send a suggestion to our RIALTO committee.
Engaging with our news
You called for new ways in which to engage with our news articles, and we have given you a number of options. Building upon the existing comment functionality we have added in the ability to add an emoji to an article, and to rate it out of 5 stars!
