Back Office Support – What else can we offer our clients?

“We have always offered support for clients to assist with their finance function.
With the technology and resource available now we feel we can offer clients a bespoke solution which gives quicker and more accurate output from their finance function, and at a better value than employing their own finance function.
An example of this type of support would be a small owner managed client where through using Xero and add ons, all data entry from banking to purchases is automated. The sales are raised through the accounts program with an automated debt chase function. LB supervise and review the data input into the accounts program, prepare and input payroll, prepare VAT returns and prepare monthly management information pack based on Xero. Using linked programs the Xero data can be used to prepare forecasts including cash flow forecasts.
The same work can be carried out for a bigger client. For instance recently, we have worked on a client’s take away restaurant business linking all data to one program, everything from sales through EPOS to stock management.
Through programs that can interlink we can offer clients support on project costing, time recording, stock management, forecasting, sales monitoring etc.
