Booking Annual Leave

Can we please remind employees when booking annual leave that you provide the business with as much advanced notice as possible to ensure work can be planned or reallocated accordingly.

We fully appreciate there will be times when emergency leave will be required, in this instance please speak to your Holiday Approver first, once verbally agreed then you can place your request through Breathe in the normal way.

A reminder that the annual leave year ends on 31^st August 2022, if you have excess leave which has not been booked, please discuss with your line manager as soon as possible.

The business may allow up to five days to be carried forward, but this will be at the Directors discretion.
