CCH Update from Chris Annis
The implementation of CCH PM is fully on track to “go live” from Monday 5th September
Thank you to all who have attended the training – if you have not yet managed to attend, or would like reference points, do note IT have placed guides within Moodle that you can access to support you in your use of this new software.
PE will cease to exist from COB Thursday 1st September. Jake has been able to keep this for a couple of hours early on Friday 2nd September if anyone does need to use it as “ last chance”!!
Based on the above, we do need to make sure 99.99% of billing for August is complete by COB 1st September 2022.
Do note that you will not be able to post your timesheets for 1st and 2nd until Monday 5th Sept, so do all please keep a separate note/spreadsheet so that you can catch up on these two days postings on the 5th.
And finally, on behalf of the Board, we want to express our thanks to you all for engaging with this change – we know that there will be a few teething problems as change always brings such – however, the overall benefits that integrating time, debtors, billing etc into the CCH Suite will only make all of our lives easier as we go forward.
