Chargeable Time Report

On Wednesday you’ll each be receiving a one-pager dashboard report that will show you your chargeable time statistics against your target for YE24, as well as showing you a breakdown of the services your hours booked relate too. This will be issued monthly and will build up your YTD figures and position as we go forward.

The targets have been built scientifically based on factors including:

• Your chargeable hours achieved in YE23
• Where applicable:
  • Business Development time needed
  • Personal and team development time needed
  • Study and CPD
• Holiday
• Admin time needed
• Consistency elements at each grade level

If you have any queries on these actuals or targets please talk to your line manager, or service lead as needed. Please do appreciate that the targets do have room to be adjusted too as we go forward in the year, noting that an individual’s study leave may change, their business development needs may change, or other requirements will move etc as we all settle into the Service Line mode.

Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to date, and we all trust that this reporting will help to further improve our communications and give everyone greater visibility of expectations etc, as well as enabling all to engage in flexing such figures as we go forward to ultimately hit our overall Service Line targets.
