Introducing the Data Cleanse Team – Here to Support Your Data Cleanse Needs

We’re pleased to introduce the Data Cleanse Team, based in Chandigarh, who are here to support you with a range of data-related tasks. This dedicated team is led by Varun Joshi and is focused on improving data accuracy and efficiency across our systems. 

Important First Step
All data cleanse requests should be directed to me at tanya.johnson@affinia.co.uk for review and approval. Please also cc in the data cleanse team using the below e-mail address. 

What Can the Data Cleanse Team Help With?
The team can assist with a variety of tasks, including: 

  • Manager/Partner transfers on CCH 
  • Updating missing or outdated information on the client database  
  • Bulk data updates that are time-consuming or repetitive 

After my approval, I will direct your request to the team and you can then liaise directly with them using the below e-mail address:

This will allow our Business Support team to focus more on your day-to-day admin requests, ensuring faster turnaround times and better service overall. 

Additional Information 

  • The team works closely with our internal systems and follows strict data quality protocols.  
  • For bulk updates, please provide clear instructions and supporting documentation where necessary.  
  • Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the request, but the team will always aim to respond promptly.  
  • For any critical/urgent requests, the team will aim to complete such requests overnight (depending on complexity as noted above), thanks to the team’s location in the India time zone, ensuring minimal disruption to your day and no impact on your usual UK working hours.
