Employee Referral Programme
At LB Group we are always on the lookout for great candidates to support business growth, and who best to recommend us, our LB team.
In recognition of employees referring candidates, we have further enhanced our existing referral scheme to offer you greater rewards, with each level being increased by £500 and a bonus for Trainees being introduced too.
What does this mean for you?
We operate a tiered Employee Referral Programme which will reward you according to the entry level of the hire.

| Manager | £ 1,500.00 | £ 1,500.00 | £ 3,000.00 |
| Senior Manager | £ 1,750.00 | £ 1,750.00 | £ 3,500.00 |
The reward will be split into two payments; 50% when the employee starts with us and 50% when they have successfully completed their probation period. Rewards are subject to the normal tax and NIC deductions.
How many people can I refer?
The is no limit to the number of candidates you can refer and receive the reward for.
Can I only refer to the office I am based at?
Absolutely not, you can refer for roles at any of our office locations.

How do I refer someone?
It’s very simple, you can direct your friend or contact to the website where they will be able to apply for the roles direct or they can send their CV to internal.hr@lbgroupltd.com
Please do remember make internal.hr@lbgroupltd.com aware of the referral so we can track the application, keep you updated of their progress and more importantly ensure you receive your reward should they be successful.
