The Board are delighted to announce that as part of our re-financing plan, Sovereign Capital Partners, the UK private equity Buy & Build specialist, have acquired a significant stake in the business.

Sovereign are committed to providing further investment into the business to help accelerate our growth ambitions and to continue the investment we have made  in our team, technology and office infrastructure.

With this investment, we believe that the journey for all involved in the business will be more exciting and create even more opportunities for all of us, and at the same time enable us to provide greater levels of service and advisory work to existing and future clients.
