Recruitment

If you would like to review what vacancies we currently have available please click here Careers at LB Group – Accountancy and Tax Jobs with Us. | LB Group (lbgroupltd.com)and perhaps you could be in with a chance of earning some extra money by referring a suitable candidate! Likewise, if you would like to apply for any roles advertised, please let HR know.

Please don’t forget about our new ‘Instant Rewards’!  These are a great way to recognise the efforts of those who go above and beyond.

How it works

Any employee can nominate another for going over and above their job to the benefit of the business.  This nominee must have gone the extra mile and shown their initiative.

Winners of these nominations will receive a discretionary amount of Love2Shop vouchers which will be decided by the local Director.

The person nominating must give a solid business reason for their nomination using the ‘Instant Award’ form found in the company documents section on Breathe.

The nominator must then send this form to the local Director for approval who will then either reject the nomination or approve it (depending on the business reason put forward), before sending it onto Human Resources.

HR will then create a letter informing the nominee of why they have been chosen, who nominated them and the value of vouchers which has been awarded to them by the local Director.

This letter will then be sent to the nominees Manager who will present it to them and congratulate them on a job well done!
