Get to Know Your Customers Day!
‘Get to Know Your Customers Day‘ acts as a reminder to us all that our clients really are our bread and butter!
It serves as a unique learning opportunity to talk to current customers and strengthen your personal connection with them.
Today, we ask you to make a conscious effort please to get to know your customers, or perhaps send one or two an email thanking them for being a valued client of ours. A small token like this will go a long way in strengthening that client relationship, plus it only takes 2 minutes!


Great point here, and very aligned to the current True Potential project, which is all about proactively helping our client base, letting them know we are here, we are always thinking of and supporting them, even when they dont see the hard work your all doing in the background.
Building stronger bonds and more positive rapport with our clients, keeping them “sticky”
Nothing better than picking up the phone and having contact to remind your client your both human, and your there to help, your not just a computer that sends flurries of emails.
Hopefully everyone can use the TP project to achieve the above aims on “get to know your customer day”
The benefits of that one quick phone call will last for a long time, and dont be afraid, there arent many of our clients that bite, and you cant get bitten through a phone!
