Exams
In February we celebrated the following exam passes:

Instant Reward
Martin Quinton, Tax Assistant Manager at Ipswich received an instant reward for his continuation to strive towards his development targets, going above and beyond for clients and approaches his work with clients with the upmost professionalism.
Maddy Pickup, Marketing Executive at Ipswich received an instant reward for all her hard work and efforts in project managing the Affinia brand application, from signage through to screensavers. On top of that, she has become our resident photographer!

Please keep in mind that we offer a referral bonus scheme, which will reward you according to the entry level of the hire:

The reward will be split into two payments; 50% when the employee starts with us and 50% when they have successfully completed their probation period. Rewards are subject to the normal tax and NIC deductions.
