The All Staff Event & RIALTO Awards
We’re gearing up for our next All Staff Event, and there’s lots to look forward to – including the return of our Staff Awards, now with a new twist!
Event details:
- Date: Wednesday October 1st 2025
- Travel: Coach transport will be arranged from your local office, departing around lunchtime and returning at 8:30pm.
Agenda highlights:
- Time to socialise with colleagues across the group
- A business update
- The Staff Awards ceremony
- A 2-course dinner and drinks
A full agenda will be shared closer to the time, but for now, please take a moment to complete the Travel & Dietary Survey so we can plan accordingly.
Staff awards – nominate a colleague or team!
This year, we’re excited to launch peer-nominated Staff Awards, giving you the chance to shine a spotlight on the amazing people you work with.
How it works
- Nominate ONE individual or team from your local office.
- Choose any one of the six RIALTO awards
- Your nominations will go to a judging panel, who will select winners for each office.
Nominations are open until 11th September – As each office has their own dedicated nomination survey, please submit your nomination by following the survey link in Nicki’s email from Friday August 15th.
