These resources will provide you with in-depth training and continuous professional development in key areas like Accountancy, Tax, and Audit. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest insights and updates.
   2. Soft Skills for Success
      Beyond technical skills, the Affinia Academy also gives you access to LinkedIn Learning, with over 23,000 courses covering everything from leadership to communication and time management. We’ll be curating specialised libraries to guide you toward the most relevant courses for your role. Whether you’re looking to enhance your leadership abilities or develop new skills, there’s something here for everyone.
   3. Clear Career Pathways
      To help you chart your path forward, we’re rolling out detailed competency frameworks with job profiles for all business areas. These descriptions will give you a clear picture of the skills and competencies required at each level, making it easier to track your progress, understand your career pathway and have meaningful development and progression conversations with your manager.
   4. Professional Qualifications
      Starting in September 2025, (the start of our new financial year) we aim to be operating a standardised and equitable process for those studying for their professional qualification, in line with industry norms. This aligns industry practice of rewarding exam passes in your early career to incentivise and reward studying and passing, plus the value you bring to Affinia through becoming technically qualified. This will apply to all service lines and office locations.
