Please note that the team’s working patterns vary, equating to the equivalent of five full time staff.

We have a wide range of expertise, ensuring we can support all teams on marketing projects, such as:

• Communications (both client and internal comms), presentation and document support, surveys and PR
• Digital marketing – Website, social media and email marketing campaigns
• Business development – networking and events management

Ways of working with the Marketing Team

As we continue to grow as a firm, we would like to improve the process in which you can contact us for support. Please can we therefore ask that all requests now come into the team via the marketing@lbgroupltd.com inbox rather than directly to individuals. This will ensure all requests are picking up and actioned on a timely basis.

The inbox is managed on a daily basis and has a 48-hour return window for replies. If your request is urgent, please contact Nicki in the first instance.

For larger tasks we have created the Marketing Brief document should you wish to contact us about a new campaign, project or presentation. This can be found *here*, is hyperlinked in our new auto response of our inbox, and available on the Staff Portal under ‘Marketing Links’.

Affinia coming soon

We are continuing to work closely with teams from across the business to ensure a seamless rollout of the Affinia brand next year. This will start with a number of the offices in February/March and look to roll out over a number of months.

As part of this project we will be launching a comprehensive brand book, giving you access to all brand assets, templates and photography.
