LB Payroll are able to process payrolls where there are none, or very few, variable changes, through to those with multiple variable changes and adjustments. Our process includes the following:-

• Tax code downloads and updates
• Processing adjustments
• Sickness records and other statutory processes (e.g. maternity pay, paternity pay)
• Pension assessment and compliance (where applicable)
• Running the payroll
• Checking the payroll
• Sending reports to client
• Submissions to HMRC
• Payslip issue
