Matt’s walking 100km in 24 hours from London to Brighton for Parkinson’s UK
This Saturday, Matt Barnett from our Corporate Finance team will be participating in a walking challenge where he’ll be walking 100km in 24 hours from London to Brighton in order to raise money for Parkinson’s UK.
Matt says: “Why Parkinson’s you may ask – well Parkinson’s is a disease that is very close to my heart at the moment with my uncle being diagnosed with this a few years ago and it’s not only him that has been affected by this horrible disease, but it is also the people around him and particularly my aunt who has pretty much become a full-time carer.
“In order to help raise just a little bit of money for this great cause, myself and a couple of friends have decided to complete this slightly stupid 100km walking challenge in less than 24 hours!
“So if any of you can spare just a little of your hard earned cash then that would help massively and really would go towards a great cause!
Thank you as always!
Matt”
