Promotions
This month we saw Josh Jones promoted from Trainee Accountant to Semi Senior Accountant. Well done Josh! ⭐
Instant Rewards
Billy Hicks, Trainee Accountant at Chelmsford received an instant reward for some great feedback he received from a client recently on his helpful and efficient service.
Becca Pearcy, Senior Audit and Accounts Manager was nominated for an instant reward by a Chelmsford team member for her dedicated mentorship in supporting them through their exams and professional development.

Please keep in mind that we offer a referral bonus scheme, which will reward you according to the entry level of the hire:

The reward will be split into two payments; 50% when the employee starts with us and 50% when they have successfully completed their probation period. Rewards are subject to the normal tax and NIC deductions.
