New IT Support Helpdesk
A reminder that there is a new format for raising IT tickets.
You will still access the service in the same way from the LB Group landing page, and the Helpdesk icon.
When you click the link for the new helpdesk you will be taken to a login screen. Please use your usual email and secure password to gain access.
When you have gained access, you will be taken to this screen, you can see in the right hand top corner “submit a request” link.

Please select this to create a new helpdesk ticket. You will be taken to another screen which looks like this;

Please use the drop down boxes as shown, as always as much information you can give will help us resolved the issue, and please only ONE issue per ticket.
When this is filled in please click “submit”
This will be then added to “My requests” where you can see all the progress of any tickets you have created.
To see any responses to any tickets, just click the subject link.
Please use this as the only way of putting in a request to IT, unless you are unable to access your computer to log a ticket.
