New Wins Spreadsheet
With the launch of the new Affinia website, we have focused on clearer opportunities for visitors to be able to enquire, either by telephone, email or completed contact forms.
These enquiries then come directly into the business support team. From here, they record the client’s name and a brief description of the service in the “New Wins” spreadsheet. All new enquiries are then sent to the appropriate member of the client management team.
The “New Wins” spreadsheet and the lead generation data from the website will be reviewed at the end of each month and in line with the New Wins guidance, Client Managers should regularly update the progress of their leads.
Please ensure that you update the “New Wins” spreadsheet accordingly with the current status (pending, win or dead) and the fees quoted. The sources of new business from the website can be found in the dropdown menu labelled “Google and Website enquiry.”
