Menopause Discussion 15th October 2024
Speaker Mary-Jane Budd from Embrace Change Coaching visited our Ipswich office to discuss a variety of menopause topics. This discussion was centralised throughout the business via teams, and we would like to thank everyone who attended.

Mary-Jane discussed what menopause means, when perimenopause begins, the symptoms of (peri)menopause, how to manage symptoms and the impact these may have. The discussion made us aware of how menopause effects women differently and gave us an opportunity to openly discuss menopause.

Please keep in mind that we offer a referral bonus scheme, which will reward you according to the entry level of the hire:

The reward will be split into two payments; 50% when the employee starts with us and 50% when they have successfully completed their probation period. Rewards are subject to the normal tax and NIC deductions.
