As many of you know we have access to Paycare. We know that we can receive fantastic discounts at local high street retailers, access to a GP 24hrs a day and the ability to claim back money on glasses etc but did you know about their telephone support service?
A feature that we’d like to highlight this month is the use of ‘MyHelpline’. With the cost of living increasing, we understand that some employees may be feeling the pressure. Some employees may feel they want to talk to someone but do not want to discuss or share their thoughts with their colleagues? ’MyHelpline’ is a free, confidential support service and is there when you need it the most!
We all need a little extra mental wellbeing support now and again and this service is open to you 24/7, 365 days a year. Here are just some of the ways in which the helpline can support you:
Counselling
A safe place to explore personal and work-related concerns confidentially
Debt Support
Assistance tackling financial difficulties
Health and Wellbeing
Information on health and wellbeing, medical concerns or vaccination requirements
Elder & Younger Care
Support and signposting relevant to those caring for an elderly friend or relative and parents with children

Please note: Only employees who have successfully passed their probation have access to this support service.
