Welcome to Susan Elsdon – Payroll Director

We are pleased to announce that today, Susan Elsdon joins LB group as Payroll Director, based in our Stratford office.

“I’m a Professional member of the Charter Institute of Payroll Professionals, and a payroll subject matter expert with 23 years compliance knowledge, predominantly within professional services industry. Specialising with advising clients of their obligations and working together on solutions that meet the needs of their business.

My focus will be designing processes and procedures, ensuring these are mapped to deliver effective solutions that ensure an efficient payroll delivery model and allow for business growth, as well as promoting a team ethos and ensuring development opportunities for all.

I have a 19 year old daughter who still very much keeps me busy. I enjoy travelling and have recently returned from Lake Como in Italy, where we enjoyed the sights and maybe a little too much of the food.”
