We want to take a moment to inform you (and remind our wider existing team) about our Digital Solutions Service Line – a key offering designed to help our clients achieve greater efficiency and growth.

Recently, we helped a client transition from manual processing to a cloud accounting solution using Xero. By migrating their data and automating processes such as invoicing and data processing, they saved hours of manual work every week. With the added integration of tools like Fathom, Dext, and their POS system into Xero, all their data now flows seamlessly, providing them with real-time visibility and actionable insights into their business performance. 📊
A quick reminder:
Please remember to include me in client conversations before recommending any cloud accounting solutions. By doing so, I’ll have the opportunity to look closely at the client’s specific needs, ensuring we recommend the most suitable software rather than defaulting to familiar options. This approach also allows me to assess potential connections with third-party software to streamline processes and identify any potential cost savings from the outset, creating a more tailored and efficient setup for each client. Additionally, please include me in the quoting process for any digital work, such as accounting software implementation or training.
To support this effort, I’ll also be organising regular meetings with portfolio holders to review their client lists, which will allow us to discuss potential digital needs in depth. Each month, I’ll also review our new client list and reach out to client managers to see if there’s an opportunity for a digital review or software recommendation.
Lastly, please keep me informed of clients who may have recently acquired a new business, opened a new location, or made other strategic changes. These clients are perfect candidates for a review, which could uncover additional ways we can support their growth.
